The Gondola Supervisor is responsible for remaining on the gondola dock at all times during the shift to ensure the gondolas are maintaining proper rotation and are being operated in accordance with Clark County policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:
-Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss notes and directives from Program Manager, modifications to schedule/rotation, and gondola maintenance status; ensure they have all the correct paperwork, supplies, and functioning radios to begin their shift
-Must verify all shift team members have signed in on the appropriate time sheet and a break time has been designated
-Responsible for all paperwork associated with their shift including but not limited to time sheets, dock surveys, maintenance logs, disciplinary forms, and workers compensation documentation
-Administer emergency evacuations and drills as required by Clark County
-Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and disciplining and coaching team members accordingly
-Able to work outdoors and indoors
-Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess the following:
-Previous Supervisory Experience; prefer at least 1 years
-Professional demeanor
-Able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
-Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
-Must have strong interpersonal skills
-Flexible schedule: Available to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, employees, and client
-Ability to maintain composure in a sometimes high stressed, fast paced environment
-Basic computer skills
-Lifeguard certification a plus
